Patrizia develops new Hamburg district with CONJECT

We have been interested to watch a project in Hamburg that is being managed using CONJECT for project management, and contrast its progress with another prominent city project (which is not using CONJECT!).

OxPark Hamburg involves the creation of new living space in a new park-like area with wooded boulevards and many green spaces. Around 870 apartments and houses will be built by our developer customer Patrizia over the next few years. CONJECT is being used to ensure that the development finishes on time.

By contrast, the city’s new concert hall, the Elbphilharmonie (the Elbe Philharmonic Hall) is currently running three years late, and costs have escalated from €100m to €350m. Perhaps they should have used CONJECT?
