RideLondon-Surrey 100 – Good luck Matt Carr!

Matt Carr cyclingThis Sunday, the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 takes place with many of the UK’s cycling superstars, including Sir Bradley Wiggins set to race through the traffic-free streets of London and Surrey.

Now in its second year, the event is set to become the largest charity fundraising cycling event in the world. Among the hundreds of cyclists taking part will be CONJECT account manager, Matt Carr. Matt is raising money for Cancer Research UK and is aiming to top the £390 he collected in donations for last year’s event.

He completed last year’s 100 mile race in the highly respectable time of 5hrs and 3mins. Matt is aiming to beat this time on Sunday, but he could be up against the elements as the wet and windy after effects of hurricane Bertha are set to rain down on the the UK’s South East this Sunday!
