New customers drive global growth for CONJECT in 2015

With the end of another busy year fast approaching, it’s a good time to recap on some of the ways contractors, clients and developers across the world are delivering projects on-time and on-budget.

Demand for various configurations of a Common Data Environment has been strong across all nine CONJECT international offices from customers who are increasingly aware of the benefits of using collaborative software tools to plan, build and maintain their built assets.

From Russia to Abu Dhabi, New Zealand to Germany our customers have shown how they use our SaaS platforms to improve business outcomes in 2015:

 

 

RBI HoldingRBI Holding – Russia

St Petersburg based real-estate contractor RBI holding chose CONJECT to manage property maintenance and to ensure they had visibility of project status across their 5000 properties. Without this reporting capability they would have to rely on paper/folder based reports which would be time-consuming and could result in errors and mistakes.

The software also helps them to check that they have all of the property certificates and forms in an easily available format, so that they can comply with housing regulations. 

 

 

Hurinui District CouncilHurunui District Council – New Zealand

Located in New Zealand’s south island, Hurunui District Council are responsible for maintaining the regions highways, parks and public buildings. The council use the NEC contract and found it to be administratively burdensome and that some of its contractors struggled to comply with the timescales or understand what actions they needed to take.

They decided to use NEC contract management functionality from CONJECT to administer their repair and maintenance programmes. The software automates the administration for all parties, lifting the paperwork burden and with its structured processes and timescales, all parties can get on with the works, safe in the knowledge that they are compliant with the contract.

 

 

HB ReavisHB Reavis – United Kingdom

HB Reavis, an international commercial real estate developer, selected CONJECT to provide solutions for document control and mobile inspections on a high-end project in Central London worth £68m (€95m). It was imperative that the design team in Slovakia could control documents, drawings and instructions sent to the sub-contractor supply chain in London.

In addition, the mobile enabled snagging software was utilised to establish high levels of quality from day-one. This process has ensured the project has proceeded swiftly and efficiently.

 

 

BAM Deutschland AGBAM Deutschland AG – Germany

Earlier this year, one of Germany’s leading contractors, BAM Deutschland AG selected CONJECT for use on six of its real estate projects.

The challenge they faced was trying to coordinate design information between project teams working in different countries using different languages. Utilising the language features and  design process functionality of CONJECT, the project team were able to overcome these issues and improve project communications, leading to efficiency savings.

 

 

Reem Mall – Abu Dhabi

NRECA few months ago, CONJECT was chosen to support the delivery of the prestigious Reem Mall project in Abu Dhabi. The US$ 1bn project is being developed by the National Real Estate Company (NREC) in partnership with United Projects for Aviation Services Company (UPAC).

The developers are utilising the integrated document and commercial management capabilities of the CDE to improve collaboration, efficiency and supply chain performance throughout construction (for more detail read the press release).

With such a large project it was imperative that a system was in place to coordinate and control project vital data and that all of this activity could be reported on in real-time by the delivery team.
